We've had 3 CEO's since I started - the last one just gave his notice and has only been there for 6 months.
They do not give raises based on merit. They only offer a yearly COLA raise, which is a measly 2.5% increase. Big whoop!
There's ZERO room for advancement for current hard-working, burnt out employees. If people come in off the street, they'll reward and promote them more than the people who have put their heart and soul into their job.
They no longer have a Christmas party, due to their own blunders in spending. They offer NO Christmas bonus and offer no other perks or bonuses for the vast majority of staff.
They have ZERO appreciation for hard work and dedication and will suck you dry until they can get what they need out of you.
Upper management pretends that they care, but they really only care about the bottom line.
Morale is at an all time low. People continue to leave in droves.
They have a nice mission statement, in theory, but much of that empathy and respect is not afforded to their dedicated staff who keep things running smoothly.
