Carthage most definitely fosters personal growth. Throughout my time with them i developed communication and leadership skills that i will certainly use in my future endeavors. The team culture is also unmatched. Many networking and travel opportunities as well as team outings and "sports nights" kept things light while we continued to grind. The performance based growth structure also keeps people motivated and holds people accountable during slow times. Management created an atmosphere that very much emulated that of a sports team which, as an athlete, made me feel right at home

Things can get disorganized at times, however when i left management was focused on establishing structure and organization throughout the training process
