In regards to pay, we encourage that you look over your digital documents that were signed upon employment to be sure you are entitled to the commissions that you are claiming you deserve, if things match up please call or send and email with your concerns and we will be sure things are rectified if there was a mistake on payroll. We only pay commissions to the reps that earned them as long as the commissions break the commission threshold. With the hours, our work day is 1145-845 M-F with an OPTIONAL day for training open on Saturdays 10-4. With the hour lunch period factored into each day it brings the total working hours to 40-46 hours per week.
