      Carson Cumberbatch PLC is a good company overall, but there are significant issues with the secretarial division of Carsons Management Services (Private) Limited. The mental harassment experienced in this department is truly unexplainable and can really take a toll on one's well-being. There is a lack of mental freedom; even a single mistake can lead to being permanently labeled as incompetent or doubtful in your work. Additionally, confidentiality is not respected, as those in the secretarial division often disclose information about colleagues to outside parties. Every day, employees face numerous challenges, including harassment and indirect false allegations.

During my tenure at Carson Cumberbatch, I had the opportunity to work in two of it's Subsidiaries, interacted with many departments and every employee I came across with, went out of their way to support you to get the job done. I'm forever grateful to Carsons and it's management for shaping my career and being an integral part in my personal and professional development.
