1. CEO needs to let the VP run the company and he should stay home- has no idea what he is doing. 2. Does not listen to anyone- I mean we have a meeting about it, we are all asked to express the issues in the company.. here you are today... nothing changed. 3. Hiring people that are poorly qualified- don't do their due diligence. 4. read all the review's I mean come on how many years will it take for you to make things right.
