An overwhelming disappointment - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Careforth: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Seniorlink is the most disappointing company I've ever worked for. I was sold by their mission, only to learn it's all talk. The office politics as Seniorlink are more complex and difficult to navigate than any other organization I've worked for. No one is working together to achieve a common goal - it's all about power and proving a point. Executives clash; departments clash; individual employees clash.... it's draining. I consider myself lucky to have gotten out when I could. I feel really bad for the few bright people that work at the company; it's not a place they'll have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
