The general staff are nice

You are over worked and massively underpaid and under valued. They falsely advertise jobs or get you into a job and force you to move into a new one. Management have their favourites and treat them better than other people and give them different rules. They have zero regard for mental health, work life balance or annual leave and will message you out of hours and on annual leave with work. If you have children, pray to god they don’t get sick or have anything wrong because that’s a strike against you. There’s no regard for your health so your very limited annual leave has to be used for medical appointments but only if you can give enough notice! Honestly this is one of the worst places I have worked with management belittling you, and you have to choose between coming to work or going to hospital for emergency and potentially losing your job is not the good environment they portray they have. On top of this if you do decide to leave they will bully you and exclude you, throughout your notice period, as if choosing to better your career or mental health is a bad decision. Once you do leave management will take public credit for your work so you lose all your portfolio for future jobs. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Where do I start? 1. Higher management are vile human beings, they have no regard for anyone's mental health, they switch your roles constantly throwing you around different teams to suit them and overall they are just bad people. 2. Favouritism, They have their clear favourites and they make no effort to hide it, treating a lot of the 'lower' staff members like nothing. It's absolutely disgusting in my opinion. 3. Retention rate, This is awful because of the points highlighted previously, they constantly have staff coming and going due to the toxicity of the workplace. (I would give 0 stars if I could)
