Terrible management and culture - Software Developer bei Cardant Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It is a good opportunity for co-op students. I did my co-op with Cardant Software and was able to apply my skills while learning new technologies. Senior developers are very willing and patient to guide me and share their knowledge with me. The experience and skills I learned during the co-op helps me significantly at school and in my career. I was offered a position after I graduated and currently working at Cardant Software.

To a beginner, the platform is big and complex; therefore it takes a while to learn and understand how everything works.

I was given the opportunity to learn like no other company could offer. With the proper mentor-ship and opportunities my career has taken off. I started off working as a co-op student many years ago and have been given a chance to apply my skills and knowledge to help build an exciting new platform for one of the largest QSR clients in the world.
