Extremely supportive & engaged clinical leadership team; fully remote position; intuitive care delivery method; very inclusive; above average pay; unlimited PTO; team based approach to care that focuses on the patient; fun place to work with a lot of social opportunities esp for a remote job; encouraged to share ideas; no weekend work & daylight hours; career ladder and clear path for growth opportunities; biannual performance review cycle

Parental leave benefits could be better; fast paced dynamic environment which could be challenging for the wrong individual. The negative reviews on here are crazy and clearly written by disgruntled former employees who probably got fired.

Flexibility and a rare WFH clinical job especially as a clinical exercise physiologist

Pay is not good, often working overtime without compensation, expectation to overshare and over communicate on work platform. It’s kind of cliquey and oversteps a personal boundary, sometimes the work life balance gets blurred.
