No room for growth, you can be here for years, be qualified for internal jobs, have previous work experience and higher education, and they will just deny or make up excuses to not hire you. people leave because they are fed up with being taken advantage of. They don’t hire new people so those who stay have to break their back with the backlog of work with no monetary incentive during “record years”. T2 gets paid as much as interns with 0 experience. Shameful.
