Since the Phenna Group takeover there has been a crackdown on staff utilisation times leading to graduates going to site without proper training. Three rounds of redundancies were made with senior people who cared about the business being disproportionately affected. This caused low staff morale and people have been voting with their feet and quitting. Those left behind have thus been asked to do between 3 and 9 people's jobs and getting burnt out as a result. And if you leave, the notice period is a minimum of 2 months even for a graduate leading to those on their way out not wanting to be there and benefitting no one.
