Politics everywhere and caste based discrimination from HR and upper management. 6. They lie to their clients. Over-promise and under-deliver. 7. No work-life balance. No bonus. No incentives to work. 8. No casual/sick leaves. Just one paid leave a month and you work on Saturdays.
