- 1st thing I would like to share is, all the positive reviews are given under the guidance of management. - There will be no work-life balance. - Very poor management. - Gender bias, partiality etc will be very high. - Hike will be depending on the cream you are applying to the manager, not based on your work performance. Mostly there will not be any discussion for a hike, the hike will be directly given based on the special people reviews. - If anyone keeps the resignation, they start treating them like enemies. Sometimes they will say that, should inform 6 months prior if you are leaving the organization. - They will be no employee engagement activities. - When coming to recruitment, the preference is like no North Indian, no women should be IIT or NIT and should come for very less salary with high-end knowledge. If the candidate is fresher, he/she should have deep knowledge of where he/she should directly design an app. - Most importantly they will not show any interest in listing employee concern.
