Pay for managers is good, the job is pretty easy if you have patience

Anyone with a pulse can get hired, Constantly changing initiatives so no one ever gets a handle on anything, very poor quality associates, it is stated CLEARLY to salespeople that it is a comissioned-based pay plan then they spend their entire time whining, most of managements' time is spent hand holding incompetent associates who management is incapable of firing, a lot of people keep their jobs because they are "nice" and not good at their jobs, people do not get fired because they are "trying their hardest" ....is this pre-school? There are associates and managers aplently who do not deserve the paycheck they receive.
