Outdated tool and processes, mostly repetitive and manual work, extremely toxic and hateful management. The company goes to great lengths to present themselves as fun and sleek. They have a great product, which means the company stays profitable, but this not thanks to management actions. Management bullies employees constantly and does not create a reasonable work environment. Specialists are not trusted, management micromanages every little detail. It is never stated/explained what the impact of a specific task is, goals are not articulated, only step-by-step instructions. Questions are not welcome and the expectation is that employees read minds. Upon completion of a task, no feedback is given, neither praise or negative feedback. Specialists are blamed if the outcome/result does not 100% match management unspoken expectation, even if the outcome is due to an objective limitation of a system or internal process. Otherwise said, outcomes must match what management already knows, never reveal anything objective or show any initiative. Work is expected to be done using the tools prefered by management, in the way management imagines it, usually in a repetitive way that does not allow verification. Most meetings are ritualistic, where management exerts authority, many times through unpleasant remarks or bouts of anger. Impolite, unpleasant and aggresive environment.
