      Remote working was the only pro

      Kontras

      Whole team were made redundant and apparently its not the first time. Honestly don't bother. Was a whole lot of nonsense, no clear direction and it showed.

      Pros

      I'm currently employed at Cappfinity. Its a fantastic organization that is poised to grow because the tech actual does with it says it does. Its growing rapidly and adjusting as it goes.
