If you like being micromanaged to death then this is the place for you! As a POC on a predominately white team, I was definitely treated differently than my white counterparts. I wasn't given the same luxuries given to the white person who had my same exact role. There was so much passive aggression and cattiness and I was completely dismissed when trying to voice my concerns. If you want to work in a collaborative, fun and open environment that will treat employees well and promote growth then this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT. To reiterate: RUN AWAY
