Pros
The people working here are great. They are always friendly and willing to help you out. You get tons of free Cds and might run into an artist in the elevator from time to time. Plus, you get to work in a truly historic building.
Kontras
The political game that goes on with upper management is sometimes overwhelming. There are many decisions made that don't make a lot of sense. Also, you'd figure working for a music company would get you tons of perks like concert tickets and whatnot. While you do get your fair share of free CDs, concert tickets are limited to your relationships with key people in the company. If you're not part of the inner-circle, you will have to buy your own tickets.
