Pros
The company has an outstanding work-life balance with very generous benefits, and any time spent working unusually-long hours is often compensated for at a later date. Richmond campus is a spectacular environment that blows most offices out of the water. Summer internship program was engaging and very well-run; the full-time employees almost made us feel like family. The work was very stimulating given that it was an internship, and I was able to see how my work over the summer positively affected my team.
Kontras
HR is a bureaucratic black hole; I received my signing bonus 4 months after I was supposed to. Performance feedback could have been much better, and HR and team management had numerous miscommunications. In addition, the business as a whole is highly cyclical, so keep that in mind if job security is a primary factor in your decision.
