Pros
Above average salary and benefits; cool campuses; flexible work schedule/PTO (all pros apply to salaried full-time associates; no comment otherwise) Great place if you want to put forth a mediocre effort for a consistent paycheck with no personal or professional growth. Otherwise the worst place I could ever imagine.
Kontras
Everything else. Leadership is terrible. They don't listen to their people. Performance management is super backwards. Nothing ever gets done. When something does get done, it's extremely slowly, and it's almost always a zero risk, tiny reward initiative. Risk tolerance is 0. All about making each other feel good and giving participation trophies - coaching is non existent as a result. You only find out what you can do better at twice a year. Good ideas are turned down because they're "too hard" or "too much effort." Overall - insanely toxic environment that will kill the winner inside you. Also the lack of actual innovation and speed is going to get the company taken down by an new competitor in the next 10 years unless acquisition saves it.
