Travel and good people to work with! I really loved my time working at Capital Inventory.

Management struggles and Time management on the road. You had to get where you were going no matter what, regardless of weather or any other issues that popped up. When I worked there, management was very uncaring, but I hear this has changed in recent years

Travel, possible points for airlines/hotels.

Everything. Constantly on the road for work, there is a slow season in February, but you could end up on the road then too. No personal life. If you manage to move up in the company and become a supervisor, many hoops to jump through that seem endless, you will constantly be talked down to and bothered about jobs that happened weeks prior. Vacation is hard to get approved, yet management seems to always be on vacation especially when needed. Management shows major favoritism and if you aren’t liked it’ll feel like they are trying to force you to quit. If you happen to be on a trip or scheduled to leave town soon and something happens to a family member, good luck and hope it’s not serious. If it’s an immediate family member you MIGHT get a few days for grieving.
