Pros

I had some of the best co-workers, and really nice managers, who trusted you to get on with your work and were very talented. I was working fully remotely, with the option of going into the office if I ever wanted to. I worked from abroad whenever I liked, with no trouble at all, except to let my manager know. I was really very happy, even if I was getting a slightly lower salary and would have gladly spent another few years here.

Please note, this is all in the past. The company has now changed drastically- with all employees being required to come in to the office mandatorily three times a week. More than that, it's very very confused about the direction and strategies it wants to pursue, resulting in the goalposts being changed all the time, and massive layoffs causing entire desks to be shut down. We've also had changes in upper management and CEOs quite often.

A complete façade – take a closer look whenever you see those glowing 5-star reviews popping up every few days. The more of them appear, the more suspicious you should become. The workplace culture is profoundly toxic: intimidation, bullying, and sheer arrogance are the daily norm. It’s nothing short of a career graveyard. Talented and competent individuals did pass through here – but they rarely lasted more than 12–18 months. Why? Because genuine ability quickly became a ‘problem’ for the less capable yet unquestioningly loyal. If you value your professionalism, wellbeing, or career trajectory, think twice before stepping into this environment.
