- Long hours - I feel like some days the days are long, especially on bid work. - Slow Progression - requirements and evidence needed to prove this could put some people off, especially if you're super busy. - Pressure to do internal work - Tying into the previous point, I feel there is a pressure to do internal work to prove your worth. Sometimes you are looked down if you're not contributing despite being super busy on client side work. - Comp: I still feel that the base pay could be better, especially as it is quite confusing to new starters. Ex. 50k is really 46k as the 4k is taken for company benefits. C2 also do not get bonuses which is something my previous firm had regardless of level.
