Pros
- There are some very smart people working here. Selection at the gate is tough, and that shows in the quality of people. - Great for young professionals. You can learn alot here. There is a lot of room for personal development and especially for YP's - Culture is generally very nice. Escecially at the levels below Principal Consultant there is very little politics. Instead people are caring and helpful. I have made some real friends while working here!

- When I started, basic compensation was not great, but a lot was made up with great benefits. I was allowed to travel first class by train every day to my client, They would pay for general expenses like parking costs, and the ability to travel by car or public transport at your own discretion and be fully reimbursed. However, a cost cutting program has led to the detriment of these kinds of benefits. This makes the low basic salary less acceptable! - There is not enough room for bottom-up initiatives. There are some seriously intelligent people working here, yet the company is very much managed in an authorative top-down manner. - As with many big companies, the management mumbo-jumbo about strategic direction and business verticals and all that jazz was not inspiring. There are passionate people working on their subject of interest. Being told how are stock price is doing does not inspire me. I want a CEO who is passionate about what we bring to the table at our clients!
