They dont care which domain you want to work into or previous experience, they will push you for anything that is available even though its not relevant to your domain. 2. No hike and bonus in the first year of joining. Second year they will give a flat rating and minimum hike 3-5%. Eligble for promotion only after 2.5 yrs. 3. Very high level of politics and favouritism.
