The leadership, or lack of. This is a low cost staffing firm that underpays and over works in order to make profit. The business model means the company only breaks even once you work 36 billable hours a week. The 4 hours extra is profit. It means the company will do everything it can to prevent you from taking training or investing in yourself. Do not start your career here as you will fall behind your peer group immediately. If you are mid o late career get out before you drink the cool aid. This company is not good for you, your family or your career. Lack of protection of your personal data and the info they share with potential placements is way beyond what is appropriate.
