Pathetic experience and too much of micro management - Senior Consultant bei Capgemini Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Too much micromanagement from both client side and Capgemini management side. It was my disastrous decision to move to this company where the manager is not understanding what exactly the project is and what we are working on. Both from client side as well as from Capgemini side you will be facing humiliation as well and degradation for everything you do. My advice to anyone who is looking for an opportunity her3, don't go into Cisco projects, the project as well as the Management will never make you worthy enough. Please don't spoil your career here.
