The biggest cons which I hated in this company is below Once the project is over, and you are. on bench, you can be pushed to other projects. these projects will be based on technologies you are not familiar with. No one will help you out in this. And you will be pressurized to do the task in the restricted deadline without knowing what the task actually is. no work life balance, spacially if you are in working in r&d project. Management does not care about the employees. No appriciation at all for the efforts After the capgemini-altran acquisition, the norms like less salary hike, 9 hr 30 mins working hours and many management friendly are introduced to get the system worse.
