Good work culture. Very good profile of projects on telecom, but difficult for internal movement. Good initiatives from L&D, Finance, Admin.

No change in project, long running projects. Same kind of work Very less involvement of HR in managing resources. HR is reducing perks, bringing new initiatives to delay variable pay which is part of CTC, for level till SSE variable pay is 10% of total compensation and there after 15% for some higher level. Good part of variable pay employee can get only after financial year, middle of financial year 20-30% of variable pay is paid rest 80-70% after financial year with salary of May. Engineering teams are loosing projects which will make employee career at risk.
