- Ok salary - Flexible timings - HR team supportive

-Sr mgmt (Delivery Managers) have no idea of what they are doing. -Hiring for the sake of hiring and if you do not get billed (they may layoff) especially automotive division - Ruthless managers without self respect and will not allow you to do any work - Managers are wasting companies time and resources - They do not have any internal projects but they boast of having lot of projects in pipeline. (be careful this is trap )so that they can show some bench resources.

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Kontras

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
