Pros

Nothing special to say. Intact advice to all don't join this company. Don't dare to join this company and if you do so you Will lose your time and money.

Kontras

They will harass you in such a way that you even can't work more than 6 months.Bond of two years. And if you leave company in between you will not get any experience letter.No training, and they think that you will do each and every thing by yourself. Low salary. Extremely bad environment to work. Extremely low staff (just 5) Very soon company will get shut down as no one remain there more than a year. And those who are saying it is good company to start your career they are the owner of the company.

Pros

Gets to learn a lot as a fresher. Colleagues are very cooperative, helpful and understanding. Seniors, TL, CEO everybody is very nice and they are easily reachable for help. Friendly environment with great culture.

Kontras

Ambience should be good and more hygienic, doesn't seems like office. Salary structure should be revised, but that will eventually happen when the company grows.

Pros

Friendly colleagues means your co-workers are very friendly. It is a start-up Company.

Kontras

Extremely less staff (i.e below 10) No Flexible timings, Very Hectic work schedule and haphazard project management. No mentors. Strict entry timing and no fixed exit timing, i.e 10+ hours of working. Very less annual holidays which is 15 Paid leave where as 24 in other companies (2 per month) No Planning of projects. No Public holiday's i.e even on festivals like Dussera. Dirty work environment and poor cleanliness. Saturday's are working. Notice period is of 2 months. No fixed salary date usually gets after 10th of every month. No innovation and doesn't encourage it.
