Enjoy being a med nurse when they actually schedule me as a med nurse - Licensed Psychiatric Technician bei Canyon Ridge Hospital: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Hardly ever scheduled for what I was hired for… med nurse. Expected to do the job of MHW’s due to low staffing, assist the RN, and do the med room ( what I was supposedly hired for). I don’t mind assisting when my job is complete but I did not get my license to be scheduled as floor staff for 12 hours. Not even the MHW’s, whom I highly respect, have to do q15rounds for 12 hours.
