Great money. Great standards of service. As long as you are “bought in” to what they are doing — providing exemplary, top-notch, personalized, anticipatory service in a beautiful setting with amazing food — then you’ll love it. You actually have to *care* about giving people great service, and you *will* be held accountable.
Kontras
Expectations are extremely high. Management kinda has a “no BS” attitude — they call you out on your mistakes and hold you accountable. As do your coworkers.
