Pros

There are many employees who care about their work.

Kontras

The company has potential, but several structural issues make it difficult for employees to succeed. One of the biggest challenges is that individuals promoted into management roles often lack the necessary leadership or people‑management skills. This creates confusion, inconsistent expectations, and limited support for the teams they oversee. Compensation is another concern. Salaries are noticeably lower than industry averages, which makes it hard to attract and retain experienced talent. As a result, the company has been letting go of qualified employees and replacing them with entry‑level workers who require significant training but cost less. This approach may reduce short‑term expenses, but it negatively impacts overall performance, morale, and service quality. There are many employees who care about their work and want the company to succeed, but meaningful improvements will require stronger leadership development, competitive pay, and a commitment to retaining skilled staff.

A Trip Down the Yellow Brick Road (to Nowhere) If I were to describe the leadership culture here in Broadway terms, it’s a production of Wicked where the villains are running the show. The Decision-Makers: If They Only Had a Brain The folks steering the ship are driven by an overwhelming insecurity. They seem to fear any competent person with a shred of ambition. Many of those elevated into leadership roles lack real-world experience, arriving fresh off a three-day "training" session that serves as little more than a "CBN Kool-Aid" brainwashing station. This lack of integrity trickles down from the very top. Cultural highlights include: Zero Boundaries: Expecting availability at 10 PM on a Sunday, then dismissing your actual contributions during the week. The Memory Hole: Making written promises and then lying to your face days later, claiming those promises never existed. #Gaslighting The Oversight: No Courage Like the Cowardly Lion, those meant to provide oversight and accountability are completely toothless. On paper, they are supposed to supervise and course-correct, but they lack the backbone to take action. I’ve seen them draft and sign off on documents full of fabrications to protect the status quo. When push comes to shove, they are complicit in enabling a nightmare environment. Human Resources: No Heart It’s a cliché that "HR is not your friend," but this team takes it to a new level of coldness. Even when presented with documented harassment and discrimination—the kind of issues that invite expensive lawsuits—they do absolutely nothing to protect the individual. Instead, they flip the script and engage in illegal retaliation.
