Lots of knowledge to be had and ROOM for growth. Safety is number 1 which makes it easier to work in this field.
Kontras
Management politics. They tell you what you want to hear so you will stay, but have no loyalty to you and ir your family. If you are not in their click or FAMILY good luck moving up. Much favoritism here along with conflict of interest. Interesting enough during these hard times, management has found space for promotions amongst themselves along with raises but deny it to "lower lever" employees.
