On a personal, employee-to-employee, level it is a great company. There are many good managers, though some are relatively young.
Kontras
Engineers are favored over everyone else, to the detriment of the rest of the design team. Engineers get promotions and quite a bit of mentorship and training. A lot is invested in them, whereas; designers and technologists do not get much mentorship, and promotions are pretty slow.
