Poor salary, overworked, avoid! - Crystallisation Scientist bei Cambrex: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The salary is awful, comparable to Tesco checkout wages. They bonus last year was beyond a joke, especially for all the extra hours the scientists worked. All scientists have to work on 2-3 projects at any one time. Statutory minimum holidays i.e. 28 days (that includes bank holidays!). Statutory sick pay if ill! Lack of opportunity for progression. The site director spends over budget for most items leaving little for variable pay.
