Poor management, very re-active rather than pro-active. Most cower from the CEO and try just not to make a mistake rather than be innovative and take true ownership of products etc. Product is great when it works but so many gaps that no solution is complete and there is no attempt to finish anything when chasing the next big sale. Biggest con is senior management. Not supportive unless suits short term goals.
