- Easily the first company I've worked for where every division is singing from the same hymn sheet. The teams know what needs doing and where we are going. Gives the work we do a real sense of direction. -Caliber of my colleagues is very high. I'm yet to meet someone who isn't approachable, supportive , driven and smart! I'm learning a lot from working with them. -Global work environment is great. We're split all over the world and I love interacting with the global teams. Especially in Chile, Mexico and New York. -Very open work environment. Senior leaders are transparent and accountable for their work and communicate openly with the wider work force. Testament to this is the regular all hands updates and ask me anything sessions that the senior teams run. - I joined during lock-down and have only just started meeting my colleagues in person in London. The on boarding was really smooth and despite my apprehension, I've come up to speed quickly thanks to their support. -Might be a basic point but an important one. I'm enjoying my work! It's stimulating & challenging.
