Night shift staff works well with almost anyone. Great health benefits. A manager on level 2 that genuinely cares for her nurses. Flexible schedule, premium pay in addition to overtime for extra shifts. Has not been bought out. Culturally Diverse
Kontras
Pay is lower than average median. Documentation in Meditech. Poor availibity of resources at night (ie: IT, dietary, central supplies) 6-7:1 nurse to patient ratios, will not hold admissions for high tech ratios. A who you know, not what you know ordeal for career advancement opportunities.
