Great flexibility - I work part time and also work flexibly, as does the team I am part of. There is a genuine care for the employees that I have seen in my time working here, and the people is a big part of why I have stayed with the company. I have had a number of different roles that have come up and each one has been challenging - there is definitely potential to move teams and even departments - the company is quite open to this.

I see that some managers are more flexible than others based on what I think is their individual preference however the majority are really good.
