Pros

Great team, nice amount of travel, interesting product and technical challenge. Generally good work life balance for a support role. Great management.

Kontras

On-call work can be slightly disruptive but is well managed - and plenty of advance notice is given.

Pros

Treated as a full-team member, getting to work on projects straight away. Fantastic group of experienced developers and testers to draw insight from. Agile environment was okay when all areas of the department were in phase with each other. Great atmosphere, upper management put their full care and attention into the needs of staff members.

Kontras

Some team meetings were lack-luster (verging on time wasting opportunities), for example: One area of the department would be running late, causing delays to testing or development and making the daily & weekly meetings pointless at best, confusing at worst. A bit of a gloomy outlook among staff.
