Pros
I guess like any staffing agency this is a great place to gain experience in recruiting and HR, the office was small and we weren't micromanaged. With that being said if you had a good manager (which I did) then it was a good experience, and I worked with really great people. Schedule was nice.

Now having left I realize the company asked too much of the employees for too little pay. Having to deal with multiple fields such as payroll, workers comp, recruiting, and all of the onboarding paperwork was too much. Their "system" of having to shuffle around mountains of paperwork just to onboard one employee was insane, especially when you are doing high volume like Callos does. Not much for room for financial growth or professional advancement. Also, once they started on a hard metrics driven model, became too tedious, having to worry about how many "notes" you were making, interviews/week.....
