Previous company (RTKL- before parent company buyout and merger) offered great opportunities for career and cultural advancements.
Kontras
Too much emphasis on bottom line profit margins by current parent company. Little opportunity for career advancement. Both Senior and middle management must grow better towards improving their leadership roles, both inside and outside the company. They must be more visible in the industry for which they serve. Seen as better experts in the field they represent. Too much emphasis on cultural development, and not enough on staff development growth. Allow more cross-pollionization of work talent between offices in staff growth.
