- Onboarding could be better. Getting all pieces aligned for the dev environment to work properly is quite a task, and often unsuccessful with issues popping up from time to time. - Documentation coverage isn't good. You'll need to feel comfortable reading code and asking questions. - Work-life balance could be better. While the work-life balance has improved over time, it still has a ways to go.
