They do not follow their own company policy and I can confirm they do not have issues with drug use inside the office. They will protect their corporate image, at the expense of their workers. But hey, they are expanding nationally so things will be overlooked. The IT department and help desk are a joke, they don't even like sending emails internally for an internal company project. HR is equally as incompetent.
