You manage every step from start to finish with minimal support. • Field workers focus on production, not compliance. The company treats compliance as secondary. • Project managers lack proper training on compliance processes. • All compliance-related issues are routed to you. Upper management provides no direct help. • Leadership delegates simple administrative tasks that they could handle themselves, such as messaging staff or summarizing emails. • Management has limited awareness of active compliance work or project status.
