- They pay peanuts for the amount and type of work expected. The salary is extremely low - HR policies being trash. Cutting off earned leaves of your employees at the end of year without their choice - There is no work life balance, at least in my team - Tech stack is extremely old - No clear distribution of responsibilities between teams. R&D people working on projects which don't fall under their responsibility - Depending on team, you will get WFH or hybrid or WFO. No clear policies or enforcement on that
