Highly unstable company to work for - Smcs bei Cadence Design Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No long term vision in top management. Cadence is now filled with bunch of politicians, who are trying everyday to save their jobs. Huge Geographical discrimination. No decision power given to low cost geography, in spite of the fact that there are very good talent. Now it has become highly unstable company, Every year, there are big numbers of layoffs and it has become very common practice. Middle management has lots of jokers, who are not good technically, but are leading groups. Cadence is lagging behind in technology areas as well, where at one point in time, they were leaders.
