Negligible Support - Customer Services bei CXP group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Nice people, good team members, that is about all I can say.

Advert was misleading, terrible IT issues, being told that money would be withheld if IT not returned 4 days after handing in notice and asking how the IT would be returned. Do not know who you are working for CXP, Huntswood. Can never talk to HR department, Wages advertised at £10.25 per hour and then changed to £10 an hour at last minute. Holiday not paid and could not take before notice period. I can go on but this gives you a flavour of the company - avoid them!!!!

Managers are rubbish, no clue on what processes are needed to be done on call. They put too much pressure on staff and don't are about the effect it has on physical or mental health. Several managers have breached Data Protection and yet still have their jobs. You cannot progress unless your face fits and are on personal terms with managers and higher ups. All in all, shocking. Also, HR Department is almost impossible to contact. STAY AWAY FROM CXP
